Wow, fantastic. Lee donated a Hog Roast at a local charity auction, we were lucky enough to win it and had this for our 40th anniversary. He set up outside on the day of our event on a particularly damp day to cook the hog on site. I cannot praise them enough. Fantastic food Five Star all round, from initial contact, various e mails and delivering an amazing feast.

"After attending a few functions where LCJ Caterers catered I did not hesitate to ask them to do the catering at our baby sons christening "do". LCJ Caterers did an amazing job. Thank you so much for making our special day an event to remember. Please feel free to include the following testimonial on your website.

We were probably the first people to engage the service of LCJ Caterers, in March. The event was a celebration of the 25th anniversary of our wedding. We held a party for 140 guest, at which we provided a mixture of hot and cold dishes; a combination of hot fork & finger buffet. The quality and the quantity of the food, the service, and the value for money were excellent and all the dishes were home-made. Never before have I been at a party when guest have so enthusiastically 'Raved' about the food.... especially the home-made scotch eggs. People even commented on the wonderful flavour of the jacket potatoes. 

As a group, the invited guests provided a number of catering challenges- a plethora of individual dietary requirements including: wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and sea-fish allergy - all of which were accommodated extremely well.Additionally, and somewhat unusually, the people seeking vegetarian selection had exactly that... the choice of a selection of vegetarian dishes, and not simply the single vegetarian option (the choice then being, typically, "take it or leave it"!)

We had regular contact with the caterers during the planning stages. On the night of the party, the caterers worked tirelessly all evening, with most of the hot food being cooked (not re-heated) on-site, and they kept the various platters and dishes replenished throughout the meal. At the end of the evening the caterers tidied everything away and cleaned the kitchen. 

We really could not have asked for more. if I were to rate LCJ Caterers with 5stars, in relation to the quality of the food the service they provided for our party, it would still seem inadequate.

We cannot thank you enough.
